Miguel, following up on the Monday call, I'm aware of the following sources of information about the parameters for sv-merge

1) The readme lists four file parameters plus a run-id https://bitbucket.org/weischenfeldt/pcawg_sv_merge/overview

2) A small test parameter file https://bitbucket.org/weischenfeldt/pcawg_sv_merge/src/112c7a2302647af1194f745b66d8755e71cf9041/Dockstore.json?at=docker&fileviewer=file-view-default

3) A larger test parameter file https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn8547037


Etsehiwot (CC'ed) should be able to shed further light on these parameters and what they mean as well. Thanks!
